Managing individual roles effectively is increasingly important for overall team performance.

The company has failed in its bid to become the market leader with its latest G6 model, and the boss wants to know what went wrong. Team leader Jan starts to think through her staff’s tasks and the way they handled them.

With some help from an unexpected source – a decorator giving training to a new lad – she begins to see where they have gone wrong. Prompted by the decorator’s comments, she recalls incidents which have not until now seemed significant.

This package covers issues of individual performance and team performance, and will show participants that even things that at first appear insignificant may deserve close attention.
