The Supervision Task

Introduction

This course is designed for Supervisors, Managers and Deputy Managers involved in the running of Residential Care Homes and Day Care Centres.

Aims

To examine the role of the Supervisor, and to develop an understanding of the process involved in group and individual supervision.

Objectives

To explore the role of the Supervisor
To identify, develop and practise the appropriate skills necessary for effective supervision practice

To explore the enabling and dealing with poor performance
